Monsignor (Mgr.)Vincent Sutikno Wisaksono,Pr. (Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia, 26 September 1953 as Oei Tik Hauw Bishop of Surabaya since 29 June 2007, replacing Mgr. John Sudiarna Hadiwikarta, Pr.
